All reptiles are guaranteed to be sexed correctly (unless otherwise noted in listing), fed at least 3 times, eating on their own (we will specify what the reptile is eating in the listing), accurate information in listing ie weight, picture, age, etc.

All animals shipped must be signed for at time of delivery.  The reptiles must be delivered on the first attempt or there is no guarantee.  The temperature in area must be between 45°F and 90°F. There are NO guarantees for shipping customers if a shipment is delayed by shipping carrier for any reason. 

All reptiles come with a 48 hour health inspection period. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any issues regarding health including DOA. 
During this 48 hour period you can have the reptile looked at by a licensed veterinarian to verify health. Proof of any health issues or improper sexing will require a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating the health issue. If the veterinarian finds the reptile to be unhealthy or improperly sexed the reptile is eligible for a full refund upon return of the reptile to Azo Reptiles.  

If the reptile is DOA the buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the reptile to be refunded.  Proof of the DOA will be required.
The shipping fees are non refundable.

We can only ship within the United States, this includes both Reptiles and Supplies, if you purchase any supplies through paypal you will be issued a refund.

Canceled orders will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. 

NY state residents will be charged sales tax based on the shipping location.
